Visual design and brand guide
To understand the wants, needs and motivations of those who use acoustic engineering services, various participants and stakeholders were interviewed, with careful consideration to context, and when they would engage professional services.
Initial observations revealed that competitor websites were targeted to the 'in office, at desk' project manager.
After some user research, it was found that construction workers and on-site staff were often reactionary when needing acoustic management on-site, and thus quick action was required.
The solution, a mobile-first approach, directly targeting the 'onsite' project manager, offering clear messaging, service description and call to action.
After operating for one year, the VMS team decided to review their product and service delivery, looking for opportunities for change and innovation.
From this review, remote live monitoring equipment with client login was birthed.
I was tasked to provide top-level wireframes of how this new service would function.
